ive searched and found it is possible for light to influence plasma like lightning, where a pulsed laser was directed at a storm cloud to instigate lightning that travelled along the pulsed laser path. i am interested to understand if such action could be used in a fluid, like water, to be conducive to the flow of electrons between points in electrolysis. my interest and contribution source can be found here: http://forum.darwinawards.com/index.php?showtopic=8527&st=168
