There is no gel inside Tylenol gelcaps. Gelcap refers to "gelatin capsule".
The capsule itself is made of gelatin which is a solid. 
Tylenol gelcaps is a rapid release formulation meant to release
acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol) faster than regular Tylenol.
