I was trying to find out the mechanism of "salting out" (i.e. What happens
when adding salt to precipitate protein from aqueous solution). But I did not
find the answer in the archives. The most the close answers are about protein
denaturation. Can you give me a brief answer for "salting out" or
maybe "salting in" mechanism?
Thank you
