Well, the tail and fur would be that of a human. However, I think we may soon know enough to cause a human being to grow a tail (some children are already born with one), hair, and deformed ears.
But they would be in the human environment and wouldn't likely look much like an animal's, say a cat, ears or tail. It would be in a human context.
I say this because there are people that have hair all over their body and there are people born with tails. However, they are clearly human iterations of these characters.
Furthermore, there have been experiments where tooth buds from mice were transplanted into the developing jaws of a bird (a chicken I believe). When the chicken developed, it had teeth. However, these transplanted mouse tooth buds did not give rise to teeth shaped like mouse teeth, but to teeth shaped like reptilian or dinosaur teeth!
Hence, my comment that whatever tail or fur or ears in the developing child would adhere to a human-like presentation.
