Subject: If two cog wheels were interlocked, one much larger than the other...

If two cog wheels were interlocked, one gargantuan, and one tiny, and the large
one was spun at a speed so fast that the tiny one would surpass the speed of
light what would happen? Would time slow down for the tiny cog?
