I would not recommend testing commercial meat for fecal coliforms.  I 
would recommend looking for total bacteria and or Enterobacteriaceae.  
Both can be assayed for using a commercial product called PetriFilm.  My 
guess is that you will not find many in any of the samples except 
possibly raw ground beef. One has to be careful not to interpret that the 
presences of coliform bacteria or Enterobacteriaceae on food represent 
health risks.  It may or may not depend on the circumstances of how many 
and how they got there.
