Hmmmm....

That depends a great deal on how you define a joint. Is it just where two bones come together and movement can occur? Or would it be located where any bones simply meet, even without motion? So, do the bones of the skull form a joint even though the individual bones are really fused together by adulthood? The bones of the spine have places on them that connect a rib, or meet with antoher spine bone; do we count each one of these?

Depending on how you define "joint" somewhere between about 240 and up to perhaps 300.
