Well part of the work of doing a project is doing the research.  But I looked around and found some 
stuff for you.
However too much light may kill them. So put keep your range within reason.

The other question I have for you is how are you going to measure how much they eat?

"Worms will function very well at room temperature. Keep the farm temperature between +40 
degrees F and +85 degrees F. Remember that heat will build up quickly in the farm if it is left in the 
sunlight."
