Based on my question, acne is generally related to the infection of oil and dirt-clogged skin pores with bacteria.

Most acne treatments work by drying and cleaning the skin (removing oil and dirt) or by killing bacteria.

Based on my knowledge, nothing about this apple diet would help your acne issues.

There is SOME evidence that diet can effect acne, but so few studies have been done that it is impossible to make any recommendations.
