Subject: Is there a clear substance that can block or absorb ultraviolet light?

I have researched forever for a chemical compound that can absorb only
ultraviolet light (high frequency light). I also want the compund to be clear
and last for many years or forever (a long, long time). If you know a
substance like that please tell me.
