http://www.fast- growing-trees.com/FastestTrees.htm contains a list of some very fast growing trees. I do not know how these trees will respond to the weather conditions or your water. There may be some fruit trees that would serve the purpose that you are looking at. Several dwarf trees can start production at two or three years old. Contact me and I can carry on a discussion. There may be some trees that will produce fruit or nuts, that can be used as construction lumber in 10 or 15 years. Do you know what soil texture you have( Sand, silt or clay)? This whole question is a bit complicated to answer in one note or letter.
