Yes, this somewhat depends on what you are calling germs. Bacteria is all 
over, including on plants. We have bacterial arround us all the time, 
both good and bad. As long as were are healthy bacteria does little 
damage to us. If this does not answer your question, please rewrite it 
and try again.
