OK, because of time dilation, we cannot observe any material actually being
absorbed by a Black Hole; it accumulates in the accretion disk forever. How,
then, can we observe the existance of Black Holes that have already merged
with other Black Holes, even supermassive Black Holes resulting from galaxy
mergers? It seems such events would never be completed to observers with our
frame of reference?
