In the biological sense there is no cellular structure in the latex from which rubber is made. There may be cellular units in the raw latex; I don't know one way or the other.

Once the latex is processed, I am sure all cellular structure is destroyed. It is a good question. You might look at some various rubbers under magnification, I think you will see a variety of forms or shapes, but I don't think you will find cells as we know them.
