MadSci Network: Genetics |
Realizing that semen's primary purpose is to transport genetic material, how much genetic material is in the ejaculate of a man who has had a vasectomy? Much has been made in TV shows, movies and in real live over the testing of ejaculate for genetic material to identify criminals (particulary rapists) and my curiosity has lead me to wonder if this process could be circumvented by a vasectomy.
