By looking at the periodic table, I think Ruthenium, Rhodium, or Palladium can
be created by fusing Krypton with Oxygen, Fluorine, or Neon, respectively.
1. Can a Dense Plasma Focus device fuse either of these combinations of elements?
2. Does fusion of either of these combinations differ from fusion of simple
light elements?
3. How do I estimate the energy required to fuse two elements?
