How is a circuit completed? And what does this mean? Does this mean that we have
a high and low potential connected across the conductor? When we are standing on
ground, barefoot, we feel the current and we say that circuit is complete. What
does this mean? How is the circuit complete here? What would happen if we are
wearing slippers of rubber or shoes.
