I don't have specific knowledge to answer your question other than to apply basic principles.

Organisms with specific or limited diets are usually adapted to that diet. They may have digestive systems that process these foods effectively or balance their diets with other foods or minerals.

Most primates are omnivores and balance their diet accordingly.

To find specific answers to your questions you should web search specific primates and species and investigate further as to their dietary requirements.
