Hello Theresa.
There are several electronic microscopes available now that will plug in
to a computer and log the movements of the daphnia for you. You can then
present a video or visual presentation for your science fair if that is
permitted.
Otherwise you might like to use hand drawn sequences or even animate them
yourself.
