Hi Ricky,

Ultrasound is simply sound at very high frequencies\low wavelengths. It generally attenuates a lot more quickly than lower frequency sound, so it should be easier to damp and thus soundproof. The principles behind soundproofing (e.g. http://www.tmsoundproofing.com/soundproofing-principles.html) stay the same. To find (and acquire) the best materials for soundproofing (at any frequency), I'd suggest you contact companies that specialize in soundproofing.
