MadSci Network: Evolution |
Sir, I have just read another book on the sudden emergence of Cro-Magnon man, the first Europeans, some 50,000 years ago. Many other books and research by reputable anthropologists also seem to highlight a discrepancy between actual findings in the field, and the accepted view of modern man. While findings in the field concur, in that they show human evolution continuing after our ancestors left North Africa 170,000 years ago. The accepted view is that modern man is a result of cumulative culture change, over that period. Is this a blatant lie. For the evidence, all evidence indicates there was a sudden evolutionary change just prior to the emergence of Cro-Magnon man, before that our ancestors amounted to little more than naked Apes, who spent a 100,000 years sitting on their butts. So, why are we being lied too?
