Hi Jerry,

A type AB Rh+ individual will not react to any kind of blood.  He is a 
universal receiver while a type O Rh- is a universal donor.

The ABO and the Rh systems are a way to classify blood serotypes in 
order 
to ensure a safe transfusion for everyone.

The AB individual will never react to A, B or O blood types but an AB Rh- 
individual could react to Rh+ blood...
