I am doing course work for my GCSE in biology and I need this information as
extension work. I have been searching the internet for three hours now, after
checking text books so I could do with a hand. We conducted an experiment to
determine the digestion of starch by the enzzme amylase. This further knowledge
that I am asking you for is to increase mt knowledge and understanding of the
subject.
