I am asking this question because I do research in neuroimaging using fMRI, 
and would like to hear your opinion on this. Obviously, there really isn't an 
easy answer to this, but I am curious to read the response that you provide. 
Basically, I am interested in the neural mechanisms underlying our self-
awareness.
