I am doing a project in my Environmental science class on occupational hazards. I've decided to do it on the spoiled milk in the kindergarten classes where I work. It's been 8 years and the milk in the carpets are getting to the point that the whole wing stinks like spoiled milk. I've tried to find different searches to help me, but nothing talks about spoiled milk the way I need. I know that the smell is from bacteria, but any other bacteria that may be associated with the milk being in the carpets for so long would be appreciated.
