Subject: How do I become an anesthesiologist?

I am a 10th grader intrested in becoming an anesthesiologist. I was wondering 
which classes to focus on in highschool, and where and what I should do after 
that. Also, what are some good colleges to attend for this field. Are there 
different levels or fields in anesthesiology? Is this a stressful job and/or is 
the education stressful? What is the starting pay and what does the average 
anesthesiologist make?
