I'de like to know why plant proteins are said to be harder to
digest than cooked animal proteins. Are there specific examples
of plant/animal proteins you can provide. 6 of the 8 essential amino acids
are denatured in cooked animal meat, how can cooked meat proteins be more efficiently used than plant proteins ?
can the body use these proteins more efficiently than plant proteins ?
