This took a little digging, but I think I've got what you need.

Quercus suber refers to the suber which is specifically the cork tree, a member
of the oak family. In English, the word becomes suberin, defined as a complex
fatty substance found in the cell walls of cork.

Quercus becomes quercetin in English and id defined as a yellow crystalline
pigment with the composition C15H10O7 and occurring as a glucoside.

If this isn't what you were looking for, please resubmit the question and
select either Biology or Biochemistry as the field.
