Subject: What is the product of water electrolysis when you use platinum electrodes?

I read that when you use iron and copper (paperclips) for electrodes 
during electrolysis of water, you get hydrogen gas and iron hydroxide.
I also know that when you use carbon electrodes, you get hydrogen gas and 
chlorine gas.  Does platinum electrodes react to form other products like 
this (other that H2 and O2)?
