This is a theoretical question only, assuming we could change earth's axial tilt 
rotation, orbit speed and distance from sun. By doing so, could we melt the ice 
caps and achieve an even temporate weather pattern throughout the world, doing 
away with major storms and seasons? Eliminating the moon would mostly get rid of 
the tides.I assume Earth's orbit would have to be circular, not eliptical.What 
exact changes would we have to make to achieve optimum conditions for life on 
earth? Please ignore the mechanics on how these changes could be achieved.
