I've been told by some home gardeners that I need to trim off the old blooms
each summer to ensure a full blooming lilac next Spring. Then I see a lilac out
in the middle of some farmers field that has NEVER been pruned and it is loaded
with blooms! What gives on this?
Thank You for your time
