Please ignore any legal issues with the question above, such as the fact 
that taking super high resolution images may not be authorized.  But is 
there any reason why taking these images would not be possible.  Also, more 
generally on satellite images, is it possible to move the aperture or 
whatever is taking the image of the specific area of the earth?
