I have been messing around with high voltage experiments recently and I 
was wondering if two transformers can be wired cansecutively to really up 
the voltage?  Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Also 
how would one make a transformer put out a constant suplly of electricity 
using DC instead of AC.
