Aero dynamic effects are the more important the higher the speed of an object is.
If you have done some research in the meantime, you probably have found that 
below 20km/hour the friction of air and therefore aero dynamic effects are 
neglectible.
Thus: training and constitution of the horse are much, much more important for 
horse jumps than any possible differences in aero dynamics between two horses.

If you found different results in your research, I would be very interested in 
discussing them with you.
