Years ago trained as a CBR NCO (US Army)there was talk of anthrax and that 
microwaving might neutralize the germ. If so, then  with the current situation 
in the US could the mail be put in a microwave oven, one, how strong of a 
microwave required, and two, for how long? Other than the act of handling the 
mail could the solution be this simple? Thanks for your time...Fil
