Subject: IS THERE ANOTHER PLANET BEHIND THE SUN?

What if there was a planet the same size of the Earth, or smaller, 
on the exact opposite side of the sun from Earth, with the exact 
same revolution time and eliptical orbit, would there be any way 
for us to know about it besides flying around the sun in a spaceship?
