Dear YSP,

Could you please explain to me (why) when pepper is added to water it
stays together, but when you add liquid soap it separates. What causes
the separation?

I am 10 yrs old.
I just did this experiment and do not understand why this happens.

Please answer ASAP.

Sincerely,

Mal0526
