I am interested in fire art (sculptures with fire). For fuel, we often use kerosene which is approximately equivalent to #1 diesel. We also use less volatile fuels such as #2 diesel~#2 heating oil. For easier ignition in cold wet weather (most of the time in Seattle) we cut the diesel or kerosene with Coleman fuel. Where in a chart of petroleum distillation, which plots temperature vs percent evaporated, would "coleman fuel" fit. I am fairly sure it plots between automotive gasoline and kerosene, but I do not know how close it is to either. I would like to understand more about this fuel.
