I live in California where they are lots of eartquakes.  Lately there have 
been devastating earthquakes in El Salvador and India and people are left 
without drinking water.  I live close to the ocean and was wondering, in 
case of an emergency, is there a procedure I could do at home to make the 
ocean water drinkable?  Taking into consideration that we would be in a 
crisis situation and there is no gas...  THANKS SO MUCH  DAVID
