I am doing an experiment in which I have four toothbrushes and I
clean my teeth with one after each two chocolates I have. Then I
would clean all four toothbrushes a different way one being a
dishwasher, another being a pot full of hot water, the third one
poured over with mouthwash and the last one washed with water.
Then I would put each toothbrush in sterile water and pour the
sterile water into a petrie dish. Then I would put the petrie
dish in the stove over night with the light on. Now I want to
know what the easiest way for me would be to count the bacteria
in the petrie dish.
