I need to know how to test if you are deficient in a fat-soluble
vitamin (A/D/E/K). I think it might involve a blood and/or urine
test. I already know all of the symptoms of being deficient.
But there is a difference between having symptoms and actually
being deficient. Please help, thanks!!! :)
