Message:
I have noticed that Xanthum Gum is a seemingly omnipresent
ingredient in foods that we eat every day (including EVERY salad
dressing). What is it? Why is it used so frequently? What
effect does consuming so much of it have on our bodies? Thanks
in advance for your help on this matter.
