It is painted on figurines and sometimes on a postcard (but it's fuzzy not 
paint-like when it's on postcards) and when the weather is sunny and clear 
it turns a beautiful blue, and when it's rainy it turns pink or lavender.  
It's very accurate, what the heck is it?
