Snakes often vomit if disturbed too soon after eating. I don't know if it is related to size in any way, since there was no reference made about size in what I read, my guess would be no.

Many frogs and toads can evert their stomachs so the gastric mucosal lining may actually protude from the mouth, a rather emphatic and decisive way to reject a meal.

The differential diagnosis of vomiting in these animals includes: worms (parasites), poisoning, behavioral anorexia, tumors, or septicemia (bacterial infection of the blood).

You can find more good information on snake husbandry at http://www.jetcity.com/~exopet/snakes/hdosnak.html

Thanks for the question!

Incidentally, there are animals that cannot vomit, including most rodents and horses.
