Dear Florence,

   According to the Textbook of Medical Physiology by A. C. Guyton, 1971, p. 
831, the human body's temperature is at 96-97 degrees early in the morning 
after waking, increases to 97-99 degrees during moderate work, and during 
hard exercise, may rise to us much as 99 to 101 degrees.
