I am growing bacteria from humans and dogs and cats mouthes.
I nedd to know the correct way to run my swabs on the medium. Do 
I push the swab into the medium of just glide it across it?
I am using steril swabs and rubbing inside of the mouthes.
I will then see how much growth there is to determine whos mouth 
is cleaner.
