I did my assignment on electrolysis and i know that the electrolyte is 
decomposed and so on.., but i don't really understand what happens in the 
electrolysis of copper sulphate, potassium iodide and potassium 
dichromate, why does copper metal form at the anode?and why is a gas given 
off??
