where to find information about the many different ice molecules.

Admin note:
For those few non-Vonnegut fans, ice-9 is a crystalline form of water that is 
stable at and above normal ambient temperatures and that is entropically 
favorable to liquid water - the idea being that a small seed of ice-9 would 
quickly solidify any liquid water it contacted.
