The question is whether piggybacking two identical computer case 
fans will increase the air flow to the case. I think the answer 
is no. I think the principal is the same as for counter-rotating 
props on aircraft. The props have to spin in opposite directions, 
with the pitch of the blades reversed, but I can't explain why.
