Subject: What are some factors that effect or damage seed germination?

I am doing an experiment on the effect of microwaves' radio(electro-
magnetic) waves on seeds. I microwaved on low 2 seeds at 5 sec, 2 at 10 
sec, 2 at 15 sec 2 at 20 sec and 2 at 25 sec. I planted all of them as 
well as 2 that were not microwaved at all. I'm waiting to see how they 
develop. For my research I need to know what factors effect or damage seed 
germination besides daylight, water, soil, and temperature.
